Pre-Construction COMING SOON! | Calypso  Tower III

If you've been in the resort market, you know how exciting pre-construction can be. Calypso Resort and Towers is getting closer to starting construction on Tower III. This tower is planned to have 22 floors - just like towers one and two - however, 11 years newer and with lessons learned, Tower III is expected to command serious interest.   Tower III just might turn out to be as close to perfection as the beautiful beach is to paradise. This project is slated to offer 1 and 3 bedroom floor-plans and will have a model room ready to view shortly after construction begins.

Beach Renourishment Starting SOON

Beauty comes with a price tag...it's no different for the "World's Most Beautiful Beaches."  County Commissioners recently approved a $17 million contract for a beach renourishment project.

The project will be taking sand from the outer parts of the Gulf and bringing it to the shore, adding width to our beaches. The process will begin the first week of March and is set to be complete on April 15th.

More space on the shore means more room for beach volleyball, building the best sand castles, and relaxing on the warm sand. We are looking forward to this expansion and for spring time by the water!
