The 2016 Palazzo market was a little different than most of the gulf front market in Panama City Beach.  While the number of units for sale (Active Listings in the chart above) moved UP most everywhere else, it trended down in much of 2016.

The number of sales (Sold Listings) stayed between 1 and 3 per month for most of the year before tapering off in November and December.

The "Months Inventory" number is important to understand.  Anything around 5 or 6 represents a neutral real estate market while anything below that signifies a seller's market. Represented by the columns in the chart above, this number has stayed at 5 or below all year in Palazzo...a great sign for any owner thinking of selling going in to the Spring market.
